Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Used or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, personalized or custom-made items, hygiene-sensitive products (swim caps, mouthguards) that have been opened, and items damaged through misuse.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: contact us at [email protected] with your order number, receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, ship the item back using the provided shipping label, and allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days. For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will be charged the price difference. For lower-priced items, you will receive a store credit for the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
